It’s coming into August and the fall schedule is starting to fill up: clinic engagements, marching band, Jazz Trials, Paa Kow Band Shows (and “Cookpot” album release), as well as travels and PASIC in November.
The rest of August holds 2 events at the Law Office Pub & Music Hall that I am very excited about! We are hosting Paa Kow Band on Tuesday the 29th and the Jazz Trials are on Thursday the 31st!
Paa Kow is an amazing drummer, and I love taking every opportunity I have to play with his band. Every single one of the guys in the band are great at what they do and so much fun to hang out with! If you are free on the 29th (it’s a Tuesday… I know you are), DO NOT MISS this rare chance to check out Paa Kow Band in the midwest… in YORKVILLE! The cover is only 10 bucks and it will be worth every penny!
The Jazz Trials is back, yet again, coming into its second year at the Law Office! My last blog post went on and on about how the event has developed. I’m humbled and honored that so many great musicians have come out to hang!!! This month it’s on the 31st, with no cover. If I were you, I’d come to both events!
I’m excited to be heading back to PASIC to play some steelband music this November and am looking forward to the paratriathalon fundraiser again with Cameron Seay and Friends. Keep an eye on the calendar to see what else is happening.
