I find myself back in Colorado for another gig with Paa Kow and his incredible band. I’m glad to be here playing some percussion and steelpan for the New West Fest in Ft. Collins! New West is an awesome festival that covers the gammut of musical variety. They have everything from Indie, Folk, Hip-Hop, Rock, Funk, World Music to Country and Western! Past headliners have included Earth, Wind & Fire, Steve Miller Band, and many other major touring acts. It should be a really fun time. We hit Sunday, check it out if you are around!
The Virtual Steelband video is ready! Pastiche Steel Ensemble performed their feature concert at the International Convention and Panorama in Port of Spain, Trinidad last week. They used their concert as a venue to premier the video. It features many pan players and steelbands from around the world, and I am glad I was able to contribute! I just wanted to give one quick shoutout to my great friends Chris and Caitlyn who got married last week. Congrats guys! The wedding was great, and I wish you all the best in your many many years together!
